Ingredients:

Organic Pu'erh Tea, Organic Black Tea, Organic Orange Peel, Natural Vanilla Flavoring

Preparations:

One heaping tsp per 8oz water

Use boiling water (212*F)

Steeping Time 3-5 min.

I have not tried the Abundance Organic as yet. I love Pure Energy and have purchased it in the past. So far I think it is my favorite. I am disappointed with Berry Delight as it a green tea and the water hardly changes color. I have used by adding some Earl Grey and it is good, but I will not order it again. I love the teas along with their health beneifts!
