  1. Pu-erh Tea: Fermented and aged, pu-erh tea develops complex flavors over time.

  1. Oolong Tea: Partially oxidized, oolong tea strikes a balance between black and green teas.

  1. Yellow Tea: Rare and refined, yellow tea has a unique processing method.
